ITEM DESCRIPTION
Made from solid grade High Pressure Laminate (HPL) compact panel as per IS:2046 and EN438- NEMA LD3 –
2005, Green label and CE Green Guard Certification and manufactured under high specific pressure > 5
MPa and temperature 120°C with bunch of kraft papers, impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and
decorative papers made of cellulose fiber, impregnated with thermosetting melamine resin which provide
superior anti bacterial, heat, abrasion, chemical, scratch, impact, graffiti and moisture resistance
properties.. Panels have a black core which presents a distinctive black edge. |
DOORS
All doors will be of single colour and made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel. Each door will be
supported by 3 stainless steel made hinges affixed to the pilasters. Nylon made coat hook and door knob
are provided with each door. |
PILASTERS
All pilasters will be made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel and completed with stainless steel
thumb-turn lock set (comprised of thumb-turn and occupancy indicator). Aluminium door stopper profiles
with rubber linings for dampening the noise while door closing will be provided at the vertical ends of
the pilasters. Pilaster will be anchored to the floor using nylon made adjustable legs. The bottom gap
is 150mm |
DIVIDERS
All intermediate partitions or dividers will be made of 12 mm thick HPL compact laminate panels. They
are affixed with Aluminium made U-channel at their ends for ultimate stability of the system. Design No.
as specified by Arch./Engr. in suede finish. Size of panels to be as per drawing. |

1. Aluminium Semi-spherical (Top) head frame structure for surface protection.
2. Aluminium Corner joinery (F-Channel) section.
3. Aluminium U-Channel Wall joinery section.
4. Aluminium Door stopper section.
Hardware (Made from SS316)
1. Nylon Polyamide grade 6 adjustable pedestal footing of base minimum diameter 70 mm, giving a clearance height of min 150 mm.
2. Self closing hinges (gravity mechanism) made from nylon polyamide grade 6.
3. Round Coat hook with base diameter 53 mm made from nylon polyamide grade 6.
4. Round Door knob diameter 52 mm with thumb-recess made from Nylon polyamide grade 6.
5. Rotating thumb-turn locking system with privacy indicator locking system made from Nylon polyamide grade 6.
Accessories
1. Anti-noise rubber padding.
2. SS grade 304 screws.
3. Anti-rotation nylon polyamide grade 6 expandable wall plugs.
