MATERIALS All accessories shall be made of SS and Aluminium. The door, side & back and top & bottom shall be High-Pressure Laminates (HPL) Compact Board. HPL compact boards are manufactured from sheets of special kraft and décor paper, impregnated with thermosetting synthetic resins which are together under heat and high pressure (110 Kg/cm2 at a temperature of about 150°C). HPL compact board has laminates on both sides with suede finishes melamine. The performance of the board is tested according to Standards EN438 – 4 (Equivalent to Indian standard IS-2046) (Boiling Water, Fire Rate, Impact, Stain, and Scratch).
DOORS All doors shall be made of a 9 mm or 12mm thick HPL compact panel.
SIDE AND BACK DIVIDER All doors shall be of 3 mm thick HPL compact board.
TOP AND BOTTOM DIVIDER All doors shall be of 9 mm thick HPL compact board.
HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES • Each restroom locker system will be equipped with the following accessories Standard – Aluminium + SS. • Lockset. • Hanger Rod (If required). • SS Hinges. • Aluminium Interlocking supporting frame.

    What are CubiQ Lockers made of?
    CubiQ Lockers are made from High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) - a solid, compact phenolic-core board of cellulose layers impregnated with thermosetting resins and bonded under high pressure (over 5 MPa at 120°C+). The result is a homogeneous, non-porous panel with a density above 1350 kg/m³, manufactured to EN-438 / IS 2048 standards.
    Are CubiQ Lockers water and moisture resistant?
    Yes. The non-porous compact-laminate construction is water-, moisture- and humidity-resistant, making it ideal for wet and high-traffic environments. The surface is also anti-bacterial and easy to clean.
    Are they fire, scratch and impact resistant?
    Yes. CubiQ panels are fire-resistant, scratch-resistant, impact- and abrasion-resistant, termite-proof and cigarette-burn resistant, with low-VOC surfaces.
    What thicknesses are available?
    Compact-laminate panels are offered in multiple thicknesses (commonly 12 mm and 18 mm), configured to your project dimensions and layout. The exact specification depends on the product series and application.
